  • Drain and transfer them to ice water.
  • Peel off the skins for a smoother, vibrant green cream.

2️⃣ Blend to a Fine Paste

  • Add the peeled pistachios to a blender.
  • Pulse a few times, then blend on high.
  • Slowly drizzle in ¼ cup of warm milk and 1 tbsp of melted butter.

3️⃣ Sweeten & Flavor

  • Melt ½ cup of white chocolate.
  • Pour into the pistachio paste.
  • Add ¼ cup of powdered sugar and ½ tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth.

4️⃣ Adjust Texture

  • If too thick, add more warm milk (1 tsp at a time).
  • If too thin, refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

5️⃣ Store & Enjoy

  • Transfer to an airtight jar.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Enjoy on toast, pancakes, or desserts!

Notes

  • For a smoother pistachio cream, always peel the pistachios after blanching.
  • Store in a glass jar in the fridge to keep the flavor fresh for up to 2 weeks.
  • If the mixture gets too thick, warm it up for 5-10 seconds before using.
