- 2 tbsp butter

- ½ cup chicken broth

- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat chicken dry with a paper towel.
- Slice into cutlets or bite-sized pieces.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken on both sides (4-5 minutes per side) until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining. Set pasta aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine Everything:
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Slice chicken and place on top of the pasta.
- Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes (optional).
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve hot. Pair with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete meal!
