Ingredients
340g pasta (penne, fusilli, or your preferred type)
1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup croutons
¼ cup sliced red onion (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion (if using).
Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
Add the Dressing: Add the Caesar dressing and gently toss the ingredients until well-coated.

Notes
You can add grilled chicken breasts for a more filling meal.
